What will I need for my free trial class?


You should bring on your gym bag lots of enthusiasm, a water bottle, easy to put on/take off
shoes – like thongs or slides. Come down dressed in comfortable fitness clothing with preferably
no zipper on it.

What to expect when arriving for my free trial lesson?


You should aim to arrive at least 15mins prior to your lesson start time in order to get ready for
class. At reception you will receive a clean uniform to wear during your trial – You must wear your
shoes while outside the mats, toilet, etc.. and should wait where indicated by staff until you are
called upon to enter the mats and start out your trial class.


Are Parents welcome to watch the trial lesson?


Parents are welcome to stay and watch the trial lesson. Please stay seated on the designated
Parents area, should the staff need any help with your child you will be called up.

What happens after the trial has ended?


You must return the uniform to reception, if you have received one. And at reception you will be
able to view the membership options, sign up and purchase the uniform.


Are parents allowed to watch classes after signing up?


Parents are welcome to stay and watch as long as there is a space available in the designated
Parents area. A drop off will be preferable if the above mentioned area is already full.


Are the free trial for everyone?


Our free trials are reserved for those who are new to this Martial Arts or a white belt BJJ
practitioner.
If you are a BJJ Blue belt or above please book a Casual lesson if you are looking for a new place
of training or any other reason.
