Before your first class, please read the information below to make the most of your experience.
✔️ Arrive Early: Please arrive 15 minutes before your class to check in, get ready, and meet your coach.
✔️ Hygiene & Safety:
• Please ensure fingernails and toenails are trimmed before class.
• Footwear must be worn at all times outside the mats and removed only when stepping onto the mat area.
These small habits help keep training safe, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone.
✔️ Bring Water: Bring your own water bottle to stay hydrated during training.
✔️ Eat Lightly Before Training: Have a light meal at least 1 hour before class to ensure you have enough energy.
